Meet Our Founder

D & A Conservation gets its direction from David Work. As president and founder, he has been working with energy efficiency since 1996. He got his start in New Jersey and later moved out to California to do a program on the West Coast. During his time in California, he found out about the energy efficiency programs in Texas.


That’s when David decided to move to this area and start his own company. He provided energy efficiency consultations for homes throughout Texas, using the same skills and knowledge he'd honed over his career.

Learn Our History

D & A Conservation got started in 2006 doing an energy efficiency program in Arlington, TX. We then branched out to Beaumont, TX in 2012 to work with another electric company for energy audits in the area. As these programs were coming to the end of their contracts in 2013, we started working in Southeastern Arkansas.


In 2021, we started working in the Monroe area of Louisiana. We have also worked in Oklahoma and Pennsylvania. Since 2006, D & A Conservation, INC have serviced more than 10,000 homes over Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
